Ice Cream Cone Cake

These cone cake are perfect for a summer party. These dessert can be done in less than an hour. It’s quick dessert that is sure to impress.

Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins
Yields: 16 cones
Ingredients:
Cake:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup milk
Frosting:
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
Sprinkles
Directions:
Cake: 
– Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl
– Cream butter and sugar in another bowl (about 3 mins)
– Add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined
– Add milk and dry ingredients alternately until it’s all combined
– Place in a greased pan at 350º for 20 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Frosting:
– Whip whipping cream and sugar until stiff peaks form
– Separate in three bowls and dye each
– Place a spoon of each in a piping bag and pipe onto cones
-Decorate with sprinkles
