Strawberry Jello Cake

This dessert has a spongy cake layered, topped with a cool strawberry mousse, finished with a jello layer that has fresh strawberries.

Yields:
Cake:
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
Strawberry Mousse:
2 box strawberry jello
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
3 cups whipping cream
Jello Topping:
1 box strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
Stawberries, halved 
Directions:
Cake:
-Mix egg and sugar until pale and fluffy for around 5 mins on high
-Add vanilla and mix
-Fold in flour
-Pour into greased pan and bake at 350° for 15-20 mins
-Cool completely
Strawberry Mousse:
-Mix jello in hot water until dissolved
-Add cold water 
-Allow to cool in fridge for 5-10 mins
-Whip cream until peaks form
-Mix whipped cream and jello until smooth
-Pour over cake and chill for 1 hour
Jello Topping:
-Mix jello in hot water 
-Mix in cold water and set aside
-Place strawberries on top of mousse
-Pour jello over chilled dessert
-Chill in fridge for another hour or until everything is set
